What if an item is damaged during shipping or is defective?

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact our team at info@tryregift.com for assistance. We will facilitate a full refund for any items that are damaged or not in working order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 5 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

What is your shipping policy?

Standard Shipping: $6.99 flat rate (3-4 business days) or free on orders over $75 (U.S. only).

Expedited Shipping: Pricing varies based on region and shipping distance. Available options include UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air at checkout.

At re.gift, all items are sold on consignment and are final sale. We do not accept returns, or exchanges.

Each item is carefully inspected and described to the best of our ability. Due to the nature of consignment and secondhand goods, we encourage customers to review item details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item prior to purchase, please contact us—we're happy to help!

New In Box
Unused and in original packaging — perfect for gifting.

New No Box
Unopened and sealed, but without a box. May show slight wear from transit.

New With Tags
Item is brand new and still has its original tags attached.

Never Worn
Item is new, never worn or washed, but does not have the original tags.

Lightly Worn
Worn with minimal signs of wear. May have mild cosmetic marks — see product description for details.

Lightly Used
Fully functional with slight signs of use. Packaging may be missing or damaged.
