How To Use:
Starting at the base of clean, dry lashes, wiggle the wand gently back and forth to coat the roots and then sweep upward. Apply 2–3 coats for desired volume. Use the tip of the wand to target outer corner lashes. For extra lift, press lashes upward briefly with your finger before the formula sets.
