Pentax K-x is a mid-range DSLR that integrates a compact, lightweight, and elementary operation for the novice photographer. The Pentax K-x offers 12.4 megapixel resolution with CMOS sensor featuring 11-point SAFOX VIII AF system with nine cross-type sensors. The K-x employs a weather-resistant body, dust removal systems, in-camera Shake Reduction system to avoid images caused by camera shake, live view, 16-segment multi-pattern metering, 1/6000th second high-speed shutter, 4.7 fps continuous shooting, 2.7" wide view LCD monitor, Full HD 720p video recording, bright pentaprism viewfinder, and auto/manual ISO sensitivity control expandable to 12800. The integrated True High Dynamic Range (HDR) takes a sequence of three bracketed images and merges them into a single enhanced image. The Pentax K-x delivers solid image quality and striking performance, even in low-light conditions.
