How To Use:

Apply to clean, dry lashes. Start at the base of the lash line and wiggle the brush upward through mid-lengths to the tips. Use additional passes before the formula dries to deepen volume. Use the brush tip to target inner and lower lashes. Remove gently with an eye makeup remover; avoid rubbing or tugging.
